H&R springs are progressively wound to provide a good balance of comfort and handling. They are compatible with OE shock absorbers as well as sports shocks and with H&R Cup-Kit-Rebound sport shock absorbers. All springs come with TÜV part certificates and some spring sets are even available with ABE certificates. Both these certificates only really apply in Germany but it is testament to their quality.

The H&R Cup Kit Suspension Kit comprises four H&R dampers and a set of H&R sports springs. The springs are progressively wound to provide a good balance of comfort and handling, and the dampers offer an excellent compromise between a sporty and comfortable ride. The Cup-Kit Sport Dampers feature 30 - 60 mm rebound and shortened damper tube to guarantee sufficient spring pretension and bump travel. The performance shocks are tuned explicitly for your car and are manufactured for H&R by highly reputable shock-absorber manufacturers.

H&R Coil-Over Kits have inverted struts that are directly derived from motorsport. The premiuim monotube shock absorbers that H&R use for fronts and rears do a perfect job over their lifespan without deterioration - no foaming and no fading. And, of course, carefully developed and selected high quality H&R springs are included.
